Streamlined Software is a consulting firm specializing in business software integration and custom software development. The company was formed by Jeff Tischer in 2004. I started my own company to do consulting and contracting after working for several consulting companies over 14 years. This allows me to stay very skilled in my areas of expertise and work in the areas I like.
My goal is to design and implement software to streamline your company's operational efficiency. I apply proven business software integration products and technologies, design patterns and development techniques to create the ideal solution for your business needs.

Philosophy
My philosophy is to provide high quality software design and code that is structured logically, easy to maintain, reusable and has good performance.
There are some guidelines I try to follow on every project. These guidelines ensure my clients get the maximum benefit from my work and knowledge, and are able to take on future development and maintenance if they desire:
- Use the appropriate tools for the project.
- Perform the correct amount of design and documentation to make the project successful. This includes using the correct methodology for the type of project.
- Use code design patterns as much as possible so code is written in the same manner across functional areas.
- Build in robust error handling to quickly locate software defects or data problems.
- Provide mentoring and/or documentation to the client to turn over code.
